This program has been initiated to disseminate the Children's Forest Program and to nurture those who work for OISCA. We are carrying out this program with the intent to create friendly relations among the nations concerned. The International Foundation for Cultural Harmony and OISCA Academy is sponsoring this program. 35 students have been selected and sent to OISCA Academy for plus two courses till this date. All expenses including airfare, tuition fees, accommodation etc were borne by OISCA Japan.
