We have conducted "Nai Roshini" - Leadership training for Minority Women - Project of Ministry of Minority Affairs Gov. of India. Under this project OISCA organized training programs on Leadership development, Rights of Women, Home Management, Family Welfare, Communicable diseases, Organic farming or safe food, Life skills, Stress Management & Conflict resolution Skill & Entrepreneurship development, Self & Wage employment, Role of women in Panchayathiraj, Information technology in daily life and use of internet, Services of Akshaya Centers, Financial literacy & banking, skill development loan schemes & various credit facilities of banks, health & hygiene, childhood illness, safe drinking water & water conservation, domestic & sold waste management, services of various departments and right to information.
